$150.00 for Full CampOUT, Thursday July 9th-Sunday July 12th
$125.00 for Weekend CampOUT, Friday July 10th-Sunday July 12th
You can pay by credit card at the door.
We will also have Day Passes available for $50.00 per day per person. That inlcudes everything except camping, and the shuttle from transportation terminals.

 Join us for four days, three nights in the woods with FTMs, MTFs, all kinds of transpeople, and their supporters for our fifth annual CampOUT. EVERYONE is welcome regardless of sex, or sexual orientation; gender, or gender expression. CampOUT is a unique event whose heart lies in both the transmasculine and leather communities. We host a gathering that is conducive for people to explore their gender and  sexuality safely. Come to relax and allow for time to slow down. You will find lots of time to have long conversations with old friends and meet new people. We hope you will have fun and be renewed.

All packages include:
*All meals, and refreshments at parties (All meals include vegan selections. There is a blank on the registration form food allergies, and any other important restrictions.)
*Space for a tent (Electric sites first come first serve, and you can park your vehicle next to your tent.)

*Free transpotation from Yeager airport, and the Greyhound/Amtrak/Any bus station in Charleston, WV. Please make your reservations include arrivals before 9pm. Don't forget to email us that you need to be picked up!

Long Fork Retreat in beautiful West Virginia will be our host again. They are located in Walton, WV, one hour Northeast of the Capitol Charleston. Their grounds include a pool and spa (where everyone finds themselves eventually), new two story pool house (dungeon), five cabins, a three room Lodge (air conditioned, and private bathrooms), RV pull through spaces w/hookups, and the brand new bunkhouse. What is a bunkhouse? The bunkhouse is a large communal (10 bed) cabin with a kitchenette, and a toilet located just outside the bunkhouse. For information about the bunkhouse please contact Long Fork Retreat directly they might not have info about it on their website because they will not have the bunkhouse finished until the weekend before CampOUT takes place. Cost of one night in the bunkhouse is currently quoted at $25.00 a night.

The Event field where most of CampOUT's activities will be taking place has a large barn where dining will happen, an open air pavilion, and stage. There is electricity available on the camping field, but those will be first come first serve.

If you plan to reserve any of Long Fork's cabins, lodge rooms, RV spaces, or space in the bunkhouse, you will be paying Long Fork Retreat directly for the rental. The cost of registration for CampOUT will be the same whether or not you camp in a tent on the event field or stay in accomodations supplied by Long Fork Retreat , and you will be paying LaGarou the registration cost seperately. Just like if you went to a conference in a hotel, and stayed in a room in the host hotel.

Just for clarity the cost of CampOUT's registration includes the camp fees for people camping in tents. You won't have to pay Long Fork Retreat if you will be tenting with us on the festival field.
