CampOUT Payment
There are only 82
packages left for CampOUT. Volunteer registrations are not included
in the tally.
All packages
include:
*All meals, and refreshments at parties (All
meals include vegan options. There is a blank on the registration form
to explain any allergies, or dietary restrictions you may have. See
the MENU/FOOD INFO page for more info!)
*Space for a tent (electric sites first come first
serve, and you can park your vehicle next to your tent.)
*Entertainment
*Dungeon
*Merchant row
*Pool and spa
*Workshops-n-Demos.
*Free transportation from Yeager airport, and the Greyhound/Amtrak/Any
bus station in Charleston, WV. Please make your
reservations include arrivals before 9pm. Don't forget to email us that
you need to be picked up!
*FYI, Long Fork has genderless shower/restrooms,
which means you will not have to worry about which room to enter!
Full CampOUT: Arrive on Wednesday
or Thursday, and stay till Sunday. This is the whole enchilada. To
be able to arrive on Wednesday you must preregister. Preregistration
closes June 15th, but that does not mean packages are available until
then. When we get 100 registered we will close registration whether
or not it is June 15th. If you plan to attend all that CampOUT has to
offer from Wednesday to Sunday get in early because the price is right!

At the door rate, not allowed to arrive on Wednesday-$175.00
Weekend CampOUT: Arrive Friday
and stay till Sunday. Our weekend package has everthing you could possibly
need for a jam packed weekend in the country! Get away from it all with
the most relaxed group of people you will meet in your life! This package
of course includes everything going on from Friday thru Sunday. Our
first tier of pricing is a bargain get in early so you can spend the
rest of the year saving up your one dollar bills for the "Screw Your
Neighbor Auction."

Any Two Days Pass:
Any Two Day pass available Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
(must arrive Saturday by 1pm) costs $75.00. Camping
overnight is included. Any Two Day passes include meals, workshops and
demos, merchant row, the dungeon, and all entertainment planned for
that day. You will be able to pay by credit card at the door if you
should need too. Any Two Day passes do not include the shuttle from
transportation terminals.

Only available for
people preregistering.
Take 10% off of the current
rate per person for the package you are paying for. These rates are
not available for Volunteers, or Merchants.
We are offering a Group Rate, and Club Rate. Some places offer couples
pricing but that just doesn't work for our poly/leather family oriented
community. So we are offering a group rate for
people who will be paying TOGETHER in one lump payment. You
can only take advantage of the group rate by paying in a lump
sum.
Not in a leather Family but will be arriving in a group? You can also
take advantage of the group rate!
How to get a group rate? Elect an emissary for your
group and have them email us at LaGarou@hotmail.com.
As soon as we make confirmation we will make arrangements for the lump
sum to be paid. All of the people included in the group rate must put
in individual registration by either email, or regular mail. Our group
rate is available for two or more people registering together.
Single members from any Backpatch club are welcome to take advantage
of our club discount as well. Please contact us so we can direct you
as to how to pay the club discount rate. Club pricing is the same as
the group rate pricing.

Refund Policy.
All registrations can be refunded a maximum of 50% until June 15th.
After June 15th your registration will rollover for the following CampOUT,
and no refunds will be given. This applies to any kind of registration.
If you have paid us money these rules apply.

**Anyone interested in staying in the Lodge or Cabins at Long
Fork must make seperate resevations with Long
Fork for those. Please visit the Long
