CampOUT Payment
Preregistration is open for 2009!
There is a new refund policy. All registrations can be refunded a maximum
of 50% until June 15th. After June 15th your registration will rollover
for the following CampOUT, and no refunds will be given.
Volunteers must pay for CampOUT upfront, and will be refunded only after
working their shifts during CampOUT. Volunteers can be refunded for
a maximum of $75.00 except the Early Bird Weekend Rate can only be refunded
for a maximum of $50.00. For more information about volunteering please

All packages include all meals, space for a tent (electric sites first
come first serve), entertainment, dungeon, merchant row, pool and spa,
and workshops -n-demos.
Anyone interested in staying in the Lodge or Cabins at Long Fork must
make seperate resevations with Long Fork for those. Please visit the
Long Fork website for more information about the Lodge rooms, and Cabins.

Available February 16th until April 30th at midnight.

One Day Passes:
One day pass available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for $55.00. Camping
overnight not included. One day passes include meals, workshops and
demos, merchant row, the dungeon, and all entertainment planned for
