CampOUT Sponsorship!

What does sponsorship of CampOUT mean? CampOUT is a not-for-profit event hosted by La Fraternite du Loup-Garou. All funds being raised will go primarily to our presenters travel fund. Our second tier of priority is paying for headline presenters. Our third tier of priority is to cover advertising costs. Our fourth tier is too offer our attendees a better package including a t-shirt and run pin at no extra cost.

Because the FTM end of the trans community consists of it's poorest group of people we try hard to keep costs low. In an effort to continue to keep those costs low we are seeking businesses, groups, and individuals to help us cover our costs. We hope that with a year or two of sponsorship we may be able to break free of the help and eventually CampOUT will not run in the red.

Here are our sponsorship levels.

Platinum Sponsorship ($1500)

* Your logo in big print at the top of the back of the CampOUT t-shirts.
* Your logo with a link prominently placed on our website, CampOUT and La Garou areas.
* Your sponsorship included in announcements made at all La Garou bar nights.
* Your sponsorship included in all the press releases about CampOUT.
* We'll help distribute your cards, ads, or other promotions at all the bar nights and at CampOUT.
*Ability to vend at the event for no extra cost.

Gold Sponsorship ($1000)

* Your logo in at the top of the back of the CampOUT t-shirts.
* Your logo with a link prominently placed on our CampOUT website.
* Your sponsorship included in announcements made at all La Garou bar nights.
* Your sponsorship included in all the press releases about CampOUT.
* We'll help distribute your cards, ads, or other promotions at CampOUT.
*Abuility to vend at the event for no extra cost.

Silver Sponsorship ($500)

* Your logo in small print at the bottom of the back of the CampOUT t-shirts.
* Your logo with a link prominently placed on our CampOUT website.
* Your sponsorship included in announcements made at all La Garou bar nights.
* Your sponsorship included in all the press releases about CampOUT.
* We'll help distribute your cards, ads, or other promotions at CampOUT.
*Ability to vend at the event for no extra cost.

We are seeking approximately $6000 in funds to make this year a success. If you would like to become a sponsor we accept paypal, checks, or money orders. Please visit our website our donation page to make a direct donation to our paypal account. Otherwise, please send your check or money order to our post office box.
